Got CPO email around 10.45 am today for both me and my wife. Big thanks to IV. Big thanks to Pappu, Jay, Aman, Anu ad all my wonderful IV friends. I will also continue supporting Iv and activities time to time.

So far they havent provided any link from LINGO.COM home page, even the link what I posted got it from my friend........we didnt know at this moment how much taxes gonna be...
It's 2 years agreement and it's killing part....
I have no idea about customer service or call quality....
If any body has exp...please share for other customers who are willing to sign will be healpfull...
Call quality: Is not good as that of Vonage. But it is ok.

Contract is the killing part.
After tax, lingo and vonage prices are about the same.
If you haven't signed up for the service yet, sign up for vonage.

Friends,
Finally we got our receipt numbers today from the Check Images. Our Application reached USCIS on 07/03 by USPS Mail. Don't know who signed it. Have been waiting for it patiently. All our receipt numbers start with SRC so from Texas. My I140 was approved form Texas and there was an LUD on the I140 on 07/28.
All the best for whom ever is waiting for the receipt numbers. You guys should get it pretty soon.
I am july 3rd filer, still waiting for receipt. In your e-mail you said there was LUD on your I-140 date 07/28. What it means...did you file I-140 and I-485 together? is there any connection in getting receipt of I-485 and LUD on I-140, just curious becasue I am also seeing LUD of 07/28 on my I-140 but my I-140 got approved in 2006.

First: They will ignore you (that's what preciously happened for so many years, no ear eager to listen about the problems of legal immigrants)
Second: They will laugh at you (that's what is taking place. Instead of accepting the mistake and offering an apology, USCIS has only issued a statement about forwarding flowers to Army Medical Center)
Third: They fight with you (I guess that's what they are gonna do in the court)
Fouth: Finally you win.

Well, Me being a devils advocate I will agree with you. Because I recently saw Gandhi movie. Gandhi took 50+ years being the citizen of the country. Some people think that is very slow. Some think thats the most effective strategy. So from your perspective its waste of money and time as there are no quick returns.
Vinabath i do NOT expect the nation to put Legal Immigration before the IRAQ WAR. Ofcourse I do not expect that. What I am trying to point out is that this is going to be a LONG LONG ongoing issue and if not the war, there will be OTHER issues like the presedential elections etc.
On another note, the US is a capitalistic economy. If you are not selfish, ur a nice guy and nice guys finish LAST.

Why don't you use direct flights to India. There is Continental from NY & American from Chicago to Delhi everyday. If you directly book from their websites, the prices are quite reasonable. At least American I know also serves Asian Vegetarian (meant for Indian veggies) food.

Iam 2nd july concurrent filer.When i called uscis to check for name check status,the customer service lady replied,"Currently we r processing dec 2006 cases .we dont do the security check etc for ur case now until we deal with earlier cases..please check back later.".
Is this the answer u get when u call for name check status?Any july 2nd filer,can u post ur experience here???

Will calling J Barret help? I don't think so. But if you take him to the court as responsbile for not producing your application on time and consequential losses, he/she might. But don't try to be the judge who lost pants at drycleaners

It was on Dec 2005 . Luftansa . Chennai - Frankfurt- Dallas . I was waiting for my boarding pass . I handed over my e ticket to the lady at the counter. Instead of issuing the boarding pass , she asked me about my H1B papers. I got confused . Why should I show my papers to this lady ? . Since it was my very first trip to US , I meekly showed her my papers.After that she had issued the boarding pass.
Friends, you may think I am very meek.This was not my first overseas trip. I had visited Japan previously. I didn't want to have fight with her and start my journey in bitter taste from the beginning.

Will it be helpful to have an InfoPass appointment ? has anybody tried that..
My case was filed on JUly 2nd, I-140 approved at TSC, No RN, No CC, nothing.. frustrating.. everybody else in the world is getting the receipt notice and FP..

I am no Gandhi and don't want to be one. I am just a common man trying to make my ends meet. Only thing I know is that if you come before me in the line I am affected. It is not a DMV line where every one will get their License, it is a ration line where the items are limited.

If any one is worried of EAD expiration, you can contact senator's office & they will expedite the process. Some guy got his EAD in 10 days after sending a request from State Senator's office to USCIS...Good Luck.

These 2 folks SunnySurya and Rolling_flood attacked me with RED points because i said the truth on the other thread of "Lawsuit for Porting/Interfiling". Though i least care if someone anonymous gives me Red points but i'm worried about them.....

Lot of our case was exactly like that - i was eligible for EB2 when my Eb3 labor was filed. Employer took advantage of my compromising situation ( H was having 390 days juice left)
If Porting/Interfiling is taken off folks like me will be terribly victimized. I'm here for 9 years - my 1st labor was substituted , 2nd labor ( which should be Eb2 but filed in Eb3) took a round trip from Phily backlog elimination center and now i'm stuck in the Eb3-140 mess at NSC

I think it is the part of their process. I went an infopass the other morning and the IO gave me the same response. She said every thing was fine with my application. It was pre-adjudicated and now waiting for a review now that my priority date is current. She asked me to wait for 60-90 days. But I got the approval same afternoon :)
Today I and my wife had an infopass appointment and were told that our I485 case is in Adjudication review and should expect an interview soon.
